Cialis is an erectile dysfunction treatment. Like all
those of the same category (which specialists call "inducers of
erection") it is at the level of the blood circulation. Its active
ingredient, tadalafil, acts on an enzyme called PDE5 (or phosphodiesterase type
5) suppresssion activity to facilitate blood flow into the corpora cavernosa of
the penis, thus causing better erection.
Cialis comes in the form of a film-coated tablet that
is taken orally, with a glass of water. Even if it is relatively fast to act
(between 15 and 30 minutes), it is recommended to take about half an hour- hour
before any sexual activity. It can be taken at any time of the day, regardless
of diet.
It is generally recommended to
start treatment with Cialis 10 mg and then then adjust the dosage based on the
results obtained, i.e. increase the dose by passing to the Cialis 20 mg or
decrease it with Cialis 5 mg. Whatever it is, it should never take more than
one tablet per 24 hours
